About Us

Welcome to Mailles (Pronounced Miles) to Wellness—a heart-led therapy space where healing is personal, care is intentional, and you’re always met with warmth, not judgment. We’re here for women and LGBTQ+ folks who are ready to process trauma, manage anxiety, explore identity, and build stronger relationships with others and themselves.

We believe that therapy should feel safe, empowering, and deeply human. That’s why we offer support that blends clinical expertise with compassion, humor, and a touch of soul. Whether you connect through faith, value a trauma-informed approach, or just need a space to breathe and be, we’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Your healing doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Here, we move at your pace with curiosity, care, and a whole lot of grace.

Allisha (Dorilas) Curtis, MA, LMHC, LADC I

Hi there! I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University, and I’m passionate about helping people feel safe, seen, and supported on their healing journey.

I’m perinatal mental health trained through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and I also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support clients in processing trauma and building emotional resilience. My professional experience includes working in college counseling settings and serving as a Clinical Director in inpatient mental health facilities, where I developed a deep appreciation for the complexity and strength of those navigating mental health challenges.

Today, I find true joy in working with women and LGBTQ+ individuals as they explore their identities, heal from past wounds, and move toward their therapeutic goals with intention and self-compassion. Whether you’re navigating big life transitions, processing trauma, or seeking a space where you can show up fully as yourself you are welcome here.
