Our Services

Our Healing Paths
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven method for helping individuals process trauma and past emotional wounds. By using guided techniques, EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing memories, allowing for deeper healing and emotional growth.
-
One-on-one sessions where you’ll receive personalized support to process emotions, overcome challenges, learning new coping skills/tools and build a path to healing. We use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, with an emphasis on emotional well-being and self-empowerment.
-
The transition to college life brings both excitement and challenges. Whether you're struggling with academic pressure, navigating relationships, or processing personal growth, our therapy services provide a comprehensive approach to managing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. We combine trauma-informed care, resilience-building strategies, stress management, and faith-based support to help you thrive both academically and personally in a safe, nurturing environment.
-
Pregnancy and postpartum bring powerful changes emotionally, physically, and mentally. Whether you're navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy after loss, birth trauma, or the transitions of new parenthood, you don't have to do it alone.
Our perinatal support includes compassionate care during pregnancy and after birth, with a special focus on your emotional wellbeing. We’ll create personalized mental health support plans together in session, tailored to your unique needs and goals. These plans may include coping tools, space to process difficult emotions, trauma-informed care, and gentle preparation for postpartum adjustments.
This space is open to all birthing people including first-time parents, those with complicated birth experiences, and anyone seeking to feel grounded, supported, and seen in this season of life.
